Your settings are where you set up the basics of your business — and where you keep an eye on your plan and credits. You can change almost all of this by clicking through your dashboard, or you can just ask Crevio: “Update my support email” or “Change my currency to euros.” Either way works. You’ll find everything below under Settings in your dashboard.

Your business profile

This is the public face of your business — what customers see on your website and in their receipts.
  • Business name — The name customers see. Pick something that represents your brand.
  • Logo and photo — Add a profile image so your site feels like yours.
  • Bio — A short description of what you do and who you help.
  • Social links — Connect your social accounts so customers can find you elsewhere.
Want a polished bio fast? Ask Crevio: “Write me a friendly two-sentence bio for my baking course business.” It’ll draft one you can use as-is or tweak.

Your currency

Set the currency your prices and sales show in — for example, US dollars, euros, or pounds. This is the currency customers see at checkout and the one your earnings are reported in. Choose the one that fits your business and audience.

Your support email

This is the email address customers reach you at for help — it appears on receipts and in customer messages. Use an address you actually check, or one your team monitors, so nothing slips through. Crevio can also help draft replies to the questions that land there.

Your team

You don’t have to run everything alone. You can invite people to help manage your business and choose what each person can access.
1

Open your team settings

Go to Settings and find the team or members area.
2

Invite someone

Enter their email and send the invite. They’ll get a link to join your business.
3

Choose their access

Decide what they can do — full access to help run everything, or a more limited role. You can change this anytime.
You can remove someone or change their access whenever you need to. Your business always stays under your control.

Your plan & credits

This is where you see your subscription, your credit balance, and how your credits are being used.

What are credits?

Credits are what the AI uses to do work for you. Every time Crevio writes copy, designs an image, builds a page, answers a customer, or runs a task, it spends a small amount of credits — think of them as fuel for your AI teammate.
  • Bigger jobs (like building a whole website) use more credits.
  • Small jobs (like a quick edit) use very few.
  • You can always see your remaining balance, so there are no surprises.

Where to see your usage

In your plan and billing settings, you’ll find:
  • Your current plan — what you’re subscribed to and when it renews.
  • Your credit balance — how many credits you have left.
  • Your usage — a breakdown of what credits have been spent on, so you can see where the AI’s effort is going.
Curious what something will take? Just ask Crevio before you commit — for example, “About how many credits would it take to redesign my website?” — and it can give you a sense of the work involved.
