In your dashboard, go to Calls and get a phone number for your account.

Enter the phone number of the person you want to reach.

Give the call an objective

Describe what you want — “confirm their appointment for Tuesday at 3pm” or “follow up on their interest in my coaching program and offer a free intro call.” You can also set the first thing the AI says.

Let Crevio make the call

Crevio places the call and works toward your goal during the conversation.

Review what happened

After the call, Crevio gives you a summary of how it went and what the person said, so you know what to do next.
Be specific about the goal. The clearer your objective, the better Crevio handles the conversation — and the more useful its summary will be.

Calling people the right way

Phone calls come with responsibility. You must have permission to call the people you’re contacting, and you must respect their wishes if they ask not to be called.
Only call people who have agreed to hear from you — for example, leads who gave you their number and expect a follow-up. Always honor do-not-call requests. If someone asks not to be contacted again, don’t call them. Following the rules around phone calls in your area is your responsibility.
Crevio helps you keep track of who has agreed to be called and who has asked to be left alone, so it’s easy to do the right thing.

If something goes wrong

The person may not have answered, or the number may be wrong. Double-check the number and try again later. Not everyone picks up the first time.
Sometimes a conversation doesn’t go as planned. Read Crevio’s summary to see what happened, then adjust your objective and try again, or follow up yourself.
Mark them as do-not-call so Crevio won’t contact them again. Always respect these requests.
