A form is a simple way to collect information from people — their email, their name, a question they have. It’s how you turn a curious visitor into a lead you can follow up with. With Crevio you can build a form in minutes, and everyone who fills it out is added to your audience automatically. Or skip the building entirely and ask Crevio to create the form for you.

Why you’d use a form

  • Grow your email list with a sign-up form
  • Collect leads from a giveaway or waitlist
  • Let people ask a question or request a quote
  • Gather sign-ups before a launch

Build a form

1

Open Forms

In your dashboard, go to Forms and create a new form.
2

Add your fields

Choose what to ask for — email, name, phone number, a short message, or multiple-choice options. Keep it short; people are more likely to finish a quick form.
3

Set up automatic tags

Pick one or more tags to apply to everyone who submits. For example, tag everyone from a “Summer giveaway” form so you can email that exact group later.
4

Share it

Add the form to your site or share its link anywhere — in a post, an email, or a bio.
Let Crevio do it for you. Try “create a waitlist form that collects name and email and tags everyone as ‘launch waitlist’.” Crevio builds the whole thing — you just share it.

Where submissions go

Every time someone fills out your form, they’re added to your customers list as a lead. That means their details are saved in one place, and you can follow up however you like — send them an email, include them in an ad audience, or even reach out with an AI phone call.
If someone fills out a form using an email that’s already in your list, Crevio links it to their existing record instead of creating a duplicate.

Tag people automatically

The tags you set on a form are applied the moment someone submits. This keeps your audience organized without any extra work — you always know where each person came from, which makes targeting your emails and ads much easier later on.

If something goes wrong

Check your customers list — new submissions appear there as leads. Make sure the form is published and that you’re looking at the right form.
Long forms scare people off. Ask only for what you truly need — often just an email is enough. You can also ask Crevio to suggest a shorter version.
Open the form’s settings and confirm the tags are selected. Tags only apply to submissions made after you add them.
