When to update your card
- Your card is about to expire or already has.
- You got a new card or changed banks.
- A payment failed and you were asked to update your details.
Update your card
Log in
Go to the site you bought from and log in with the email address you used when you signed up. You’ll get a secure sign-in link by email — no password needed.
If a payment already failed
Don’t worry — a failed payment usually just means your card details need refreshing. Once you add a working card, your payment will go through and your access continues as normal. You may receive an email asking you to update your details; the link in it takes you straight to the right place. If something goes wrong
- You can’t log in. Make sure you’re using the same email you used to sign up. Request a fresh sign-in link if the last one expired.
- You don’t see a billing or subscription section. You may be logged in with a different email than the one your subscription is under. Log out and try the correct address.
- Your new card is declined. Check the number, expiry, and security code, and that the card allows online and recurring payments. If it still won’t go through, contact your bank.
- Still stuck? Contact the seller — see How to get help with your order.
