Go to the site you subscribed to and log in with the email address you used to sign up. You’ll get a secure sign-in link by email — no password needed.
Cancel your subscription
When you cancel, you won’t be charged again. You usually keep your access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and then it stops. So if you cancel halfway through a month you’ve paid for, you can keep enjoying it until that month ends.
Change your plan or card
- To switch plans (for example, from monthly to yearly), look for a change-plan option in your subscription, or contact the seller.
- To update the card you pay with, see How to update your payment method.
If something goes wrong
- You can’t log in. Use the same email you signed up with, and request a fresh sign-in link if the last one expired.
- You don’t see your subscription. You may be logged in with a different email. Log out and try the address your subscription is under.
- You were charged after cancelling. A cancellation stops future payments — the most recent charge may have happened just before you cancelled, covering the current period. If it looks wrong, contact the seller; see How to get help with your order.
- You changed your mind and want to stay. If you cancelled but are still within your paid period, you can usually resubscribe. Contact the seller if you need a hand.
