There are four ways to get help, and picking the right one is most of the speed.

Ask Crevio in chat

Best for: anything about your own business. Your assistant knows your setup — your products, your customers, your web address, what it did yesterday. For “how do I…” and “why is my…”, it can answer for your account rather than in general, and often just fix the thing while it’s there. Ask the way you’d ask a colleague. “Why isn’t my new pricing showing on the site?” works better than hunting for the right settings page.

Search these guides

Best for: understanding how something works before you change it. Use the search at the top of this site. Guides cover the whole product, and they’re the right place for the general walkthrough — how pricing options work, what a payout schedule means, what each status is called.

Fix it yourself in the dashboard

Best for: anything under Settings. Billing, your plan, your credit balance, your card, your team, your domain. These are yours to change and don’t need anyone’s help.

Email a person

Best for: money, your account, or something genuinely broken on our side.

support@crevio.co

A human reads this.
Use it for a charge you don’t recognise, a refund question, account access, or something you’ve already tried to fix and can’t.
Crevio’s assistant never handles money. It can’t issue a refund, change your plan, or take a payment — and if it ever tells you a charge has been reversed, check SettingsBilling rather than taking its word for it. Money questions go to a person.

What to include

Most back-and-forth comes from a missing detail. Send these up front and you’ll usually get a fix rather than a question:
  1. What you expected to happen.
  2. What actually happened, including the exact wording of any message.
  3. Where — the page, the address, or the steps to see it yourself.
A screenshot beats a description almost every time. If it’s about a specific order, customer, or charge, include the reference or the date and amount.

What we can and can’t do

Being straight about this saves you waiting on things that aren’t coming:
  • We can look into your account, investigate a charge, fix something broken on our side, and recover access.
  • We can’t write your site content or run your marketing for you — that’s what your assistant is for, and it’s better at it.
  • We can’t give you a fix date for a bug. If we’re tracking it, we’ll say so; we won’t invent a timeline.
  • We can’t change something on a platform we don’t control. An account locked by Instagram or a card blocked by your bank has to be resolved with them.

Reporting a bug

Tell us in the same email, with the three things above. You don’t need to diagnose it, work out which part broke, or send us anything technical — describing what you saw is exactly right and is what we need.
