Crevio is an AI that runs your business — and you talk to it in plain words. Underneath, your business is made of a few simple pieces. You don’t have to manage them all by hand. Most of the time, you describe what you want and Crevio does it. Here’s the whole picture in one breath: you have an account (your business), which has a website or app (where customers find you), filled with products (what you sell or offer — digital goods, courses, memberships, services, bookings), for your customers (the people you serve) — and an AI assistant that can build, change, and run any of it for you.

The assistant is the heart of it

The most important thing to understand isn’t a feature — it’s how you work. Instead of clicking through menus, you can just ask.
  • “Build me a website for my photography presets.”
  • “Create a $19 monthly membership and write the description.”
  • “Run a 20% off sale this weekend and announce it.”
  • “Reply to this customer and offer them a refund.”
  • “Make me three social posts for my new course.”
The AI has full context on your business, so it knows what you sell and who your customers are. It does the work, shows you the result, and waits for your go-ahead on anything important. You stay the decision-maker; it does the heavy lifting.
Anything you can do by clicking around the dashboard yourself, you can also just ask Crevio to do. Use whichever feels easier in the moment.

The pieces of your business

Your account is your business on Crevio. Everything — your products, customers, orders, and website — lives inside it.It comes with a free web address (like yourname.crevio.app) for your website, and you can connect your own custom domain. You can also invite teammates to help run things.
Your website is the page where people browse and buy. It’s live the moment you sign up.You can keep it as a simple one-page site, ask Crevio to design a full website, or have it build a fully functional web app — a booking tool, a client portal, a members area, whatever your business needs. Your description in, a real, working product out. Either way, it’s your home on the web.
A product is what you sell or offer — a digital download, a course, a membership, an event, or a service. It has a name, description, images, and at least one price. Products can be a work in progress (Draft), live for sale (Active), or hidden away (Archived).A single product can have more than one price — for example, a monthly and a yearly option — and each price can unlock different things.
When someone buys, they get access to something — that’s what you actually deliver. It might be a course, files to download, a Discord invite, an event, and more. You connect these to your product, and Crevio hands them over automatically the moment a payment goes through.A handy way to think about it: the product is what you sell, and the access is what you deliver. See the full list below.
A customer is anyone who interacts with your business. They come in three flavors:
  • Lead — someone who gave you their email (say, for a freebie) but hasn’t bought yet.
  • Free — a signed-up user who hasn’t paid.
  • Paid — someone who has bought at least one thing.
You can tag them, see their history, and manage what they have access to. Or just ask Crevio to do it.
An order is created whenever a customer completes a purchase. It records what they bought and grants their access automatically — no manual delivery needed.Orders can be successful, pending, failed, refunded, or disputed, and you can see every one in your dashboard.

How it all connects

Here’s the journey from idea to a happy customer:
1

You describe what you want

Tell Crevio what you sell. It can build your website and draft your first product for you — or you can set them up yourself.
2

You set a price (or a few)

Decide what to charge — a one-time price, a subscription, pay-what-you-want, or free. Each price can unlock different things for the buyer.
3

You choose what they get

Connect what customers receive after paying — a course, downloads, a community, an event, and so on.
4

A customer buys

Someone visits your website or a checkout link, picks an option, and pays through the secure checkout.
5

Access is granted automatically

Crevio records the order and instantly gives the customer everything they paid for. You don’t lift a finger.

What you can deliver

These are the things you can give customers when they buy. You can combine several into one product — for example, a course plus a Discord community plus a downloadable workbook.
You can deliverWhat it is
CourseA structured lesson experience with chapters and lessons. Supports video, text, and files, plus progress tracking and completion certificates.
Digital downloadAny files customers download after buying — PDFs, templates, presets, archives, and more.
Written contentArticles or guides delivered inside Crevio. Great for tutorials, playbooks, and exclusive writing.
Discord serverAutomatically add and remove buyers from your Discord server or roles. Perfect for paid communities.
Telegram groupManage paid access to a Telegram group. Members are added on purchase and removed if they cancel or refund.
EventSell access to live or scheduled events — webinars, workshops, or virtual meetups.
ForumA community space hosted on Crevio where customers post, comment, and connect.
LinkA simple redirect to somewhere else — handy for granting access to an outside tool or page.
Website embedShow an external website or app right inside Crevio.
Not sure how to package something? Ask Crevio: “What’s the best way to sell my workshop plus a workbook?” It’ll suggest a setup and build it if you like.

Your website

Every account gets a website at yourname.crevio.app — a customizable page that showcases your products, text, media, FAQs, and social links. It’s the hub of your business on the web. Share the link on social, in your emails, and anywhere you connect with customers to send people to your products. And when you’re ready, connect a custom domain to use your own web address.
