### Does Crevio take a commission on sales?

Crevio takes a small fee on each sale, and it gets smaller on higher plans, with Business the lowest. The pricing page shows the exact rate for each plan. We want to help you de-risk starting and grow your business, not take a cut of your profits.

### How do credits work?

Credits are how AI work is measured. Everything the AI does for you — building your website, writing product pages, generating images, sending marketing emails, researching the web — draws from one balance, and bigger jobs cost more than small ones. Every plan includes a monthly allowance, and Pro and Business let you pick a larger one as your business grows.

### What happens when I run out of credits?

Your business keeps running. Your website stays online, checkout stays open, and orders and payments are unaffected — only new AI work pauses until there is balance again. On a paid plan you can top up at any time, or switch on automatic top-ups so the balance refills before it runs dry. Otherwise your allowance refreshes at the start of your next billing cycle.

### Do unused credits roll over?

Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle, so your allowance refreshes rather than stacking up. Bonus credits — like signup, referral, and promotional credits — never expire and stay in your account permanently while it’s active.

### What if the AI makes a mistake?

You can roll back changes, edit anything the AI produced, or just tell it to redo something. Crevio is built so you always stay in control — nothing the AI does is permanent without your sign-off on the important stuff.

### How are canceled or failed payments handled?

Crevio automatically handles subscription cancellations and payment failures. When this happens, subscribers immediately lose access to your content, keeping it exclusive to paying members only.

### Does Crevio serve as a Merchant of Record (MoR)?

Currently, Crevio does not serve as a Merchant of Record (MoR), but we're exploring the possibility of becoming one in the future based on our customers' needs.

### How do I get help if I’m stuck?
