Refund Policy
This page summarizes our refund policy. Our Terms of Service (Section 5) is the authoritative source — this page exists to make our position easy to find.
No Refunds
All payments to Crevio are non-refundable, except where required by law.
This applies to:
- Subscription fees on monthly and annual plans.
- One-time purchases, add-ons, and plan upgrades.
- AI credits — both purchased credits and credits granted with a paid tier.
Crevio incurs third-party AI and infrastructure costs at the moment work is performed.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period.
- Unused AI credits remain available until your paid access ends, subject to the credit rules in our Terms of Service.
Exceptions
We will review and, where appropriate, issue refunds for:
- Duplicate charges.
- Unauthorized charges.
- Verified billing errors on our side.
- Cases where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law.
To request review, contact hello@crevio.co with your account email and the charge in question. We aim to respond within five business days.
Customer payments on your storefront
This policy covers payments you make to Crevio.
Refunds you issue to your own customers for products sold through your Crevio storefront are governed by your refund policy and are processed through your Stripe Connect account. Crevio does not hold or control those funds. See Terms of Service, Section 8, for details.
