When a customer writes "I was charged twice", Crevio can find both orders, check which product they were for, and refund the right one, without you logging in anywhere. The same goes for subscriptions. Pausing a member who is traveling, giving a discount to someone about to cancel, or resuming a paused plan takes one sentence each. No. Payouts and bank details stay in your hands in the dashboard. The agent can tell you what you've earned, but it doesn't move money out of your account. ### What kind of Stripe account does Crevio use? A standard Stripe account in your business's name, set up through Stripe's own onboarding screens. You keep full access to the Stripe dashboard. ### Will Crevio refund someone without asking me? Refunds are one of Crevio's own actions, so by default they run as soon as you ask. If you'd rather approve every refund, you can require approval, and Crevio will wait for your OK in the app, Slack, Telegram, Discord, or by email. ### Stripe isn't available in my country. Can I still sell? Stripe setup is only offered in countries Stripe supports for connected accounts. Crevio also supports PayPal, so you can still take payments if Stripe isn't an option where your business is based. ### Can Crevio create or edit orders? No. Orders come from real purchases at checkout, and the agent can only read them. To charge someone for something new, Crevio sends an invoice or makes a checkout link instead. ### Does it cost extra to connect Stripe? No. Connecting apps is included in every plan.
