# Turn your Notion pages into courses, posts, and weekly reviews

Crevio reads the pages and databases you share with it and connects them to your store. Your course outline becomes a real course, your content calendar becomes scheduled newsletters, and every Sunday a review page with your actual numbers appears in your workspace.

## Jobs Crevio takes off your plate in Notion

Ask the way you would ask an assistant. Crevio does the lookups, the writing, and the clicking.

1
### Get a weekly review written from real numbers

You say

Every Sunday, write a store review page in Store HQ.

Crevio pulls orders, revenue, and bookings from your store and creates a new Notion page with the week's numbers, highlights, and open to-dos.

2
### Build a course from an outline you already wrote

You say

Use my "Watercolor Basics outline" page to set up the course in my store.

Crevio reads the page, turns each section into a lesson, and creates the course in your store as a draft for you to check.

3
### Publish a Notion draft on your blog

You say

Publish my "How to price your first course" page as a blog post.

The page's text and headings become a blog post on your Crevio site, ready for you to publish.

4
### Keep a client database current

You say

Add everyone who bought coaching this month to my Clients database.

Crevio reads this month's coaching orders and adds one row per client with name, email, package, and purchase date.

5
### Turn a content calendar into newsletters

You say

Draft a broadcast for every newsletter idea marked Ready in my Content Calendar.

Crevio filters the database for Ready items, reads each page, and creates a broadcast draft per idea in your store for you to review.

## Runs on its own

Any job can become a task that runs on a schedule or the moment something happens.

1.

Trigger

A customer books a coaching session

Copy your client onboarding template into a new Notion page named after the client, with the session date filled in.

2.

Schedule

Every Sunday at 18:00

Create the weekly store review page with sales, bookings, refunds, and open to-dos.

3.

Trigger

Someone submits your contact form

Add a row to your Inquiries database with their name, email, and message.

## Better together

Notion does more when Crevio can reach your other tools too.

## Why connect Notion to your store

Many creators plan everything in Notion: course outlines, content calendars, client lists, launch checklists. The problem is that none of it talks to the store. You write a lesson plan in Notion, then rebuild it by hand as a course. You keep a client database, then copy names across from your orders.

Crevio closes that gap. With Notion connected, it can read a page and act on it in your store, or take what happens in your store and write it into Notion. An outline becomes a course draft. A page becomes a blog post. A coaching purchase becomes a new row in your Clients database.

## A weekly page you don't have to write

The easiest place to start is a weekly review. Every Sunday, Crevio creates a page with the week's sales, top products, new bookings, and refunds, plus a short to-do list of things that need you. It's written from your real store data, so the numbers match your dashboard, and the pages stack up into a record of how the business is moving.

From there, templates help. If you have a client onboarding page, Crevio can copy it for each new booking and fill in the name and date.

## How approvals work

Crevio reads your pages without asking, because reading changes nothing. Anything that writes, like a new page, an edited property, or an archived page, waits for your approval by default. Once you trust a job, such as the weekly review, you can let that action run on its own. Crevio can't work in pages you haven't shared with it, and it doesn't edit Notion's layout or views.

## Set up in three steps

1. 01
### Connect Notion

Sign in to Notion from Crevio. It takes a few seconds and you can disconnect any time.

2. 02
### Ask for what you need

Describe the job in plain language. Crevio works out which steps it takes and shows you what it did.

3. 03
### Let it run

Turn anything you asked for once into a task that repeats on a schedule or runs when something happens.

## Questions about Notion and Crevio

### Can Crevio see my whole Notion workspace?

Only the pages and databases you share with Crevio when you connect. If you want it to work in a new area later, share that page with the connection in Notion.

### Will Crevio change my pages without asking?

Reading happens on its own, but creating, editing, and archiving ask for your approval by default. You can switch specific actions to run without asking, or turn them off.

### Can it delete pages?

It can archive pages and remove individual blocks, and both ask for your OK first unless you change that. Archived pages can be restored from Notion's trash.

### Does it work with my existing databases?

Yes. Crevio reads the columns and options of a database before it adds a row, so entries match your status labels and select options instead of creating new ones.

### Does it cost extra to connect Notion?

No. Connecting apps is included in every plan. The work the AI does draws from your plan's monthly credits, and you can start free without a credit card.

### Can I undo what Crevio does in Notion?

You decide what Crevio may do on its own and what needs your approval, and you can change that per action at any time. Every step it takes is listed in the chat, so you can see exactly what happened.

### How do I disconnect Notion?

Open Integrations in your Crevio settings and disconnect it. Crevio loses access straight away.
