Anything that changes data in Google Sheets asks for your approval first, unless you tell Crevio it doesn't need to. ### Read - List your spreadsheets and their tabs - Read rows, ranges, and single cells - Find rows that match a value ### Write - Add rows one at a time or in batches - Update or insert rows by a matching column - Clear or delete rows and cells - Create new spreadsheets and tabs ### Format and protect - Format cells and add conditional formatting - Add dropdowns, checkboxes, and other data validation - Protect ranges and leave comments or notes ## Keep the spreadsheet, drop the copying A lot of creators already have a spreadsheet at the center of the business. A sales log for the accountant, a list of workshop attendees, a pricing plan for next year, a tab of wholesale contacts. The problem is rarely the spreadsheet. It's the copying between the sheet and everything else. Crevio does that copying. It can write a row for each paid order, each booking, or each broadcast result as it happens. It can also go the other way: read a list of names and add them to your store as tagged customers, or read a price tab and update your products to match. ## A few ways people use it The most common setup is a live sales log that fills itself. The next is an import: you paste a sheet link into the chat and ask Crevio to bring those people into your customer list with a tag. Some merchants plan prices in a sheet and let Crevio apply them in one go. Others ask for a fresh report tab each week with sales by product. You can also start a task from the sheet itself. When a new row appears, for example from a sign-up form you've linked to a sheet, Crevio can add that person to your store. ## Good to know Writing to your sheet asks for your approval unless you allow it, so a logging task might ask once before you switch it to run on its own. Crevio doesn't draw charts. And if a sheet mixes data with formulas, protect the formula ranges so the agent's edits stay where they belong. ## Set up in three steps 1. 01 ### Connect Google Sheets Sign in to Google Sheets from Crevio. By default, yes. Reading your sheets happens on its own, and writing asks first. For a task like logging each sale, you can allow adding rows once so it runs without interruptions. ### Will Crevio mess up my formulas? Crevio only writes to the rows, columns, and cells a task names. If a sheet has totals or formulas you want kept safe, ask Crevio to protect that range. ### Can Crevio make charts in my sheet? Not at the moment. It can format cells, add conditional formatting, and build summary tabs, but charts still need to be added in Google Sheets. ### Which spreadsheets can Crevio open? The ones in the Google account you connect. It opens a spreadsheet when a task needs it, like the sales sheet you point it to, rather than going through all your files. ### Does it cost extra to connect Google Sheets? No. Connecting apps is included in every plan. The work the AI does draws from your plan's monthly credits, and you can start free without a credit card. ### Can I undo what Crevio does in Google Sheets? You decide what Crevio may do on its own and what needs your approval, and you can change that per action at any time.
