It works until it doesn't. Someone forwards the link, access requests pile up from people who never paid, and refunded customers keep their files forever because nobody remembered to remove them. Crevio fixes the parts that need your store. It knows who bought what, so it can approve access requests from buyers and turn down the rest. It knows who was refunded, so it can remove their access to the folder. You stop checking email addresses against your order list by hand. ## A client folder for every sale If you sell coaching or done-with-you services, Drive is usually where the shared work lives. You can loosen that per action once a routine is working. ## What to keep in Drive, and what not to Crevio doesn't edit existing documents line by line, and it isn't a replacement for Google Sheets when you need to work with rows and formulas. Crevio has the same access as the Google account you connect, but it only searches for what a task needs, like one folder or files with a certain name. It doesn't scan your whole Drive. ### Can it edit the text inside an existing Google Doc? Not line by line. Crevio can create new Docs, fill a template with details like a client's name, comment on a Doc, and replace a file with a new version. For working inside spreadsheets, connect Google Sheets as well. ### Is sharing a Drive file a good way to deliver a product? It works well for templates and client folders. Keep in mind that anyone you share a file with can see it in their own Drive. For downloads you sell to many people, Crevio's own digital downloads are simpler to manage. ### Does it work with shared drives? Yes. Crevio can find and work with files in shared drives your account belongs to, and create new shared drives on Google Workspace. ### Does it cost extra to connect Google Drive?
