Analytics·One-click connect

# Google Analytics answers, with your sales next to the traffic

Google Analytics tells you who visited. Crevio knows who bought. Connect them and ask plain questions, like which blog posts bring buyers or whether Tuesday's email moved anyone, and get one answer with both sides.

Compare last week's site traffic with my sales and tell me which source brought the most buyers.

## Jobs Crevio takes off your plate in Google Analytics

Ask the way you would ask an assistant. Crevio does the lookups, the writing, and the clicking.

1
### A weekly report you can read in a minute

You say

Every Monday, tell me last week's traffic, sales, and which source grew the most.

Crevio runs the traffic report in Google Analytics, reads your orders and revenue for the same week, and sends a short summary with the one change worth noticing.

2
### Find the blog posts that bring visitors

You say

Which of my blog posts got the most visits this month, and do they link to a product?

A ranked list of your top posts by visits. For posts without a product link, Crevio can add one to the post in your store.

3
### Check whether an email moved people

You say

Did Tuesday's broadcast send people to the site?

Crevio compares visits from email on the day of the send with an ordinary day and lines them up with the broadcast's opens, clicks, and any orders that followed.

4
### Review a launch week

You say

How did the Watercolor Basics sales page do in its first week?

Page visits and where they came from, next to how many copies sold and at what price, with a plain-language read on what to try next.

5
### Count the actions that matter as key events

You say

Mark the "sign\_up" event on my site as a key event in Google Analytics.

Crevio adds it as a key event in your property so it shows up as a conversion in your reports. The event has to be tracked on your site already.

## Runs on its own

Any job can become a task that runs on a schedule or the moment something happens.

1.

Schedule

Every Monday at 9:00

Send a one-screen summary of last week's sessions, top sources, top pages, and store sales.

2.

Schedule

Every day at 10:00

If a broadcast went out yesterday, report how many visits came from email compared with a normal day.

3.

Schedule

On the 1st of every month at 8:00

List the ten pages with the most visits last month and the products they point to, with how many of each sold.

## Better together

Google Analytics does more when Crevio can reach your other tools too.

## What Crevio can do in Google Analytics

Reading runs on its own. Anything that changes data in Google Analytics asks for your approval first, unless you tell Crevio it doesn't need to.

### Reports

- Run traffic reports for any date range
- Break results down by page, source, device, country, or event
- Compare periods, like this week against last week

### Setup

- List the accounts and properties you have access to
- Create a new GA4 property
- Mark an existing event as a key event

## Traffic is half the story

Google Analytics is good at telling you how many people visited and where they came from. It's much worse at telling a small business owner what to do about it. The reports are built for analysts, and the numbers that matter most to you, the actual sales, live somewhere else.

Crevio holds the other half. It reads your orders and revenue, knows your products, and knows when you sent each broadcast or published each post. Connected to Google Analytics, it can answer the questions you actually have. Which posts send buyers? Did the email work? Was the launch page the problem, or the price?

## Questions worth asking

Start with a weekly summary: sessions, top sources, top pages, and store sales for the same week, in one message. Then ask specific questions as they come up. "Which of my blog posts got the most visits this month?" often turns up a popular post with no link to anything you sell, and Crevio can fix that in the same conversation.

After a broadcast, a daily check that compares visits from email against an ordinary day shows whether people clicked through, not just whether they opened.

## What it doesn't do

Crevio reads reports. It can also create a new GA4 property and mark an existing event as a key event, with your approval. It doesn't edit your tracking code, filters, or data retention settings. Google Analytics numbers are based on visitors who allow tracking, so they'll always run a little lower than your real order count, and very recent data may still be settling.

## Set up in three steps

1. 01
### Connect Google Analytics

Sign in to Google Analytics from Crevio. It takes a few seconds and you can disconnect any time.

2. 02
### Ask for what you need

Describe the job in plain language. Crevio works out which steps it takes and shows you what it did.

3. 03
### Let it run

Turn anything you asked for once into a task that repeats on a schedule or runs when something happens.

## Questions about Google Analytics and Crevio

### Why don't Google Analytics and Crevio show the same numbers?

They measure different things. Crevio counts every real order. Google Analytics only counts visits from browsers that allow tracking, so ad blockers and cookie choices lower its numbers. Crevio shows both and tells you which one it used.

### Can Crevio see individual visitors?

No. Google Analytics reports are totals and breakdowns, like visits per page or per source. Crevio can't see who a specific visitor was.

### Does Crevio change my tracking setup?

It can create a GA4 property and mark an existing event as a key event, both with your approval. It doesn't edit tags, filters, or data settings in your property.

### How fresh is the data?

Google Analytics can take up to a day or two to finish processing, so very recent numbers may still change. Crevio's order data is up to the minute.

### Does it cost extra to connect Google Analytics?

No. Connecting apps is included in every plan. The work the AI does draws from your plan's monthly credits, and you can start free without a credit card.

### Can I undo what Crevio does in Google Analytics?

You decide what Crevio may do on its own and what needs your approval, and you can change that per action at any time. Every step it takes is listed in the chat, so you can see exactly what happened.

### How do I disconnect Google Analytics?

Open Integrations in your Crevio settings and disconnect it. Crevio loses access straight away.
