# Turn Calendly bookings into paying clients, and paying clients into bookings

Crevio sees your Calendly calls and your sales in one place. It sends a single-use booking link the moment someone pays for a session, and tells you which discovery calls ended in a sale.

When someone buys my Coaching Pack, email them a one-time Calendly link to book their first session.

## Jobs Crevio takes off your plate in Calendly

Ask the way you would ask an assistant. Crevio does the lookups, the writing, and the clicking.

1
### Let only buyers book the paid session

You say

Send everyone who bought the Coaching Pack this week a Calendly link that works once.

Crevio checks the orders, creates a single-use link for your coaching event type per buyer, and emails each one. Your public page stays for free discovery calls only.

2
### Find out which calls turned into sales

You say

Of everyone who had a discovery call in October, who went on to buy something?

A list of October invitees matched against your orders, with what each person bought and how many days after the call. The ones who didn't buy are in a second list.

3
### Keep every caller as a customer

You say

Add everyone who booked a discovery call this month to my customers and tag them "discovery-call".

Each invitee becomes a tagged customer in Crevio, ready for your next broadcast or a targeted offer.

4
### Handle no-shows without awkwardness

You say

Mark today's missed calls as no-shows and send each person a short note with a new booking link.

Crevio marks the invitees in Calendly and emails each one a friendly message with a fresh single-use link. Both steps wait for your OK first.

5
### Cancel a day of calls cleanly

You say

Cancel all my Calendly calls on Friday, I'm travelling. Tell them I'll send a new link.

The events are cancelled in Calendly, which notifies every invitee, and Crevio follows up with a new single-use link once you're back.

## Runs on its own

Any job can become a task that runs on a schedule or the moment something happens.

1.

Trigger

A new invitee books a call in Calendly

Look them up in your store, tag them as a customer, and send you a one-line brief with anything they've bought before.

2.

Trigger

Someone pays for a coaching session

Email them a single-use Calendly link for the right event type, so they can only book what they paid for.

3.

Schedule

Every weekday at 7:30

List today's calls with each invitee's purchase history and whether they've booked with you before.

## Better together

Calendly does more when Crevio can reach your other tools too.

## What Crevio can do in Calendly

Reading runs on its own. Anything that changes data in Calendly asks for your approval first, unless you tell Crevio it doesn't need to.

### Scheduled calls

- List upcoming and past events
- See who booked, with their name, email and status
- Cancel events, with Calendly notifying invitees
- Mark an invitee as a no-show

### Booking links

- List your event types
- Create single-use booking links for any event type

### Your Calendly setup

- Read your availability schedules
- List team members and groups in your organization

## Calendly knows the call, Crevio knows the customer

Calendly is good at one thing: letting people pick a time. What it can't tell you is whether the person on your 11:00 bought your course last spring, or whether last month's discovery calls produced any sales. That information lives in your store.

With Calendly connected, Crevio puts the two side by side. Before a call you get a short brief with what the invitee has bought. After a month of calls you can ask which ones turned into customers and get an actual answer, not a guess.

## Paid sessions without the loophole

A common problem with selling coaching through Calendly is the public booking page. Anyone who finds the link can book a slot meant for paying clients. Crevio fixes this by creating single-use links. When someone pays for a session, Crevio makes a link that works exactly once and emails it to them. Your public page can stay open for free intro calls only.

The same trick helps with no-shows and cancellations. Crevio can mark someone as a no-show, cancel a block of calls when your plans change, and follow up with a fresh one-time link so the client can rebook without writing to you first.

## What to expect

Reading your calls and invitees happens automatically. Anything that changes Calendly, like cancelling an event, creating a link, or marking a no-show, asks for your approval by default, and you can relax that per action once you trust it.

Crevio doesn't edit your availability, event types, or team settings. Those stay in Calendly, where you already manage them.

## Set up in three steps

1. 01
### Connect Calendly

Sign in to Calendly from Crevio. It takes a few seconds and you can disconnect any time.

2. 02
### Ask for what you need

Describe the job in plain language. Crevio works out which steps it takes and shows you what it did.

3. 03
### Let it run

Turn anything you asked for once into a task that repeats on a schedule or runs when something happens.

## Questions about Calendly and Crevio

### Can Crevio change my availability in Calendly?

No. Crevio can read your availability schedules but not edit them. Change your hours in Calendly and Crevio picks up the new slots.

### Can it reschedule a Calendly call?

Not directly. Crevio can cancel a call and send the person a new single-use link to pick another time, which Calendly treats as a fresh booking.

### Do I need a paid Calendly plan?

Reading your calls and sending booking links works with the Calendly account you connect. Automations that start the moment someone books depend on Calendly's webhooks, which Calendly reserves for its paid plans.

### Should I use Calendly or Crevio's own bookings?

Either works. If Calendly already runs your calendar, keep it and connect it. If you'd rather take payment and booking in one step, Crevio's own bookings do that and sync to Google Calendar.

### Does it cost extra to connect Calendly?

No. Connecting apps is included in every plan. The work the AI does draws from your plan's monthly credits, and you can start free without a credit card.

### Can I undo what Crevio does in Calendly?

You decide what Crevio may do on its own and what needs your approval, and you can change that per action at any time. Every step it takes is listed in the chat, so you can see exactly what happened.

### How do I disconnect Calendly?

Open Integrations in your Crevio settings and disconnect it. Crevio loses access straight away.
