# Run ads

> Tell Crevio your goal and budget, and it helps set up and manage ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, and more.

Ads are how you reach people who don't know you yet. But ad platforms are complicated, and it's easy to waste money if you're not sure what you're doing. Crevio makes it simple: you tell it what you want and how much you want to spend, and it helps build and run your campaigns.

You can advertise across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, and more -- all from one place.

## Connect your ad account first

Before you can run ads, you connect the ad account you advertise from (for example your Facebook or Google ads account). This is a one-time step that lets Crevio create and manage campaigns for you.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Ads">
    In your dashboard, go to **Ads** and choose to connect an ad account.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign in and approve">
    Sign in to the platform and approve Crevio to manage ads on your behalf.
  </Step>

  <Step title="You're ready to advertise">
    Once connected, you can start campaigns on that platform.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  Your ad spend is billed by the ad platform directly (for example Facebook charges your card for the ads themselves). Crevio helps you set it all up and keep it on track.
</Note>

## Tell Crevio your goal and budget

Instead of fiddling with settings, just describe what you want. Crevio turns that into a campaign and helps manage it day to day.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Describe your goal">
    Tell Crevio what you want -- "get more sign-ups for my course" or "sell more of my new download" -- and who you want to reach.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set your budget">
    Say how much you want to spend, for example a daily or total amount. Crevio works within it.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review and launch">
    Crevio drafts the campaign -- the audience, the wording, and the images. Review it, make changes, and launch when you're happy.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Tip>
  Keep it conversational. Try "spend \$10 a day promoting my Instagram post to people interested in fitness" and Crevio handles the setup.
</Tip>

## Boost a post

Have a social post that's doing well? You can put a budget behind it to reach far more people, without building a campaign from scratch. Just pick the post and tell Crevio how much to spend.

## Capture leads with lead forms

Some ads can collect contact details directly -- a "lead form" -- so interested people can sign up without leaving the app they're in. Those leads flow into your [customers](/features/customers) list so you can follow up by [email](/features/email-marketing) or even an [AI phone call](/features/calls).

## See what's working

Crevio shows you how your ads are performing and where your money is going, in plain language. Ask "which ad is getting the most sign-ups?" and Crevio helps you put more behind what works and pause what doesn't.

## If something goes wrong

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="My ad was rejected by the platform">
    Ad platforms review every ad against their rules. Crevio will tell you if an ad was rejected. Usually a small wording or image change fixes it -- ask Crevio to adjust it and resubmit.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="My ad account won't connect">
    Make sure you're signing in to the right account and that you have permission to manage ads on it. Try connecting again from the **Ads** page.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I'm spending money but not getting results">
    Give a campaign a little time to find the right audience. If results are still low, ask Crevio to review it -- it can suggest a different audience, message, or budget.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I want to stop a campaign">
    You can pause or stop any campaign at any time. Just ask Crevio or do it from the **Ads** page.
  </Accordion>
