# How to access what you bought

> Find your course, download, or content after you've bought it -- and log in using your email.

Thanks for your purchase! Getting to what you bought is quick. Whether it's a course, a file to download, a community, or any other content, here's how to find it.

## Right after you buy

As soon as your payment goes through, two things happen:

* You see a **confirmation page** with a link or button to access what you bought.
* You get a **confirmation email** at the address you used to pay. This email is your backup -- keep it.

The fastest way in is to use the link on that confirmation page or in your email.

## Log in with your email

You don't need to remember a password. Access is tied to the **email address you used when you bought**.

    Open the link from your confirmation email, or visit the site you bought from.

    Select **Log in** and enter the email address you used at checkout.

    You'll be sent a secure sign-in link by email. Open it to log in -- no password needed.

  <Step title="Open your purchase">
    Once you're logged in, you'll find everything you've bought in your account, ready to access.

  Use the exact same email you paid with. If you log in with a different address, you won't see your purchase.

## What you'll find, depending on what you bought

* **A course** opens so you can start watching or reading right away.
* **A download** gives you a button to save the file to your device.
* **A community, group, or chat** gives you a link or invite to join.
* **An event or call** shows you the details and joining instructions.

## If something goes wrong

* **You can't find your confirmation email.** Check your spam or promotions folder, and search your inbox for the seller's name or "receipt".
* **The sign-in link doesn't work.** These links expire after a while for your security. Just request a new one and use it promptly.
* **You logged in but don't see your purchase.** You may have signed in with a different email. Log out and try the exact address you used to pay.
