# Cancellation backfill

When a booking is cancelled, offers the freed slot to your waitlist or regulars who wanted an earlier date.

A cancelled slot is lost income. The agent offers it to people who asked for an earlier date, first come first served, and tells you who was offered it. Slots that are about to start are left alone.
